Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damage claims are handled for NywelleGroup orders.
Return window
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To begin a return, contact support@nywellegroupllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
Return condition
Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original packaging with all included parts or accessories.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing packaging, or unauthorized return shipping may be refused or refunded only partially.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing timing may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Return shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or an item arrived damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipment.
