Where do you ship?

We currently prepare orders for delivery within the United States. Delivery availability may vary by address and item size.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are prepared within 2-3 business days. Transit timing depends on the destination, carrier service, and any seasonal delivery conditions.

Returns

Can I return an object?

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping requirements are described in our Refund Policy.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Contact support@nywellegroupllc.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review a replacement or refund.

Are ceramic pieces food safe?

Product pages should indicate intended use. Decorative objects should not be assumed food safe unless listed.

How should I clean glass accents?

Use a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid abrasive pads that can scratch glossy or translucent finishes.

Do I need an account to checkout?

Yes. Checkout requires email registration or sign in.

How are payments handled?

Payment details are used only to complete the order process. We do not store full card numbers, CVC codes, or complete payment card details on our own systems.
